RLL Undergrads Win Awards

The winners of the RLL's undergraduate awards were announced at the end-of-year reception on June 5.

  • Nicole Howard won prize for Best Honors Thesis or Essay in Hispanic and Luso-Brazilian Studies
  • Andrew Emerson won the Samuel T. Fleck Prize in Italian
  • Katie BevilCamille Kirsh, and Lauren Pankin shared the Theodore Lee Neff Prize for Excellence in the Study of French Literature and Culture

Pankin also won the National Guild of St. Margaret of Scotland Prize for Best BA Paper, while Kirsch's BA paper won 2nd place in the Stefanovich Institute on the Formation of Knowledge's Undergraduate Thesis Prize. Third prize went to Italian minor Lena Breda.
