The Division of Humanities at the University of Chicago announced that Larry F. Norman in Romance Languages and Literatures is one of five professors to receive research funding of $32,000 each on July 1, 2018, to advance their work in specific humanities field.

Linsey Sainte-Claire, a recent alumna of our program, has accepted the position of Assistant Professor of French and Francophone Studies at Middlebury College. We are very proud of her accomplishments, and her new colleagues and students will be fortunate to have her in their department.
