The Division of the Humanities has approved a new team-taught course entitled Witchcraft and the Cultural Imagination. Taught by Noel Blanco Mourelle and Tamara Golan (Art History), this innovative, cross-disciplinary seminar, to be offered in winter 2022, will examine the materials, concepts, and visual artifacts that have produced the figure of the witch, from the medieval past to the present.
